Hello!
This was a pretty good week for us. We were able to stay in Bangalore all week which was nice. The Asia area president, Elder Randy D. Funk came for a visit in our mission and attended MLC. We were fairly busy with preparing for that but were able to get some good time in our area as well. Our ward mission leader, who just returned from his mission let us start teaching his family this week. Him and his brother are the only members in his family right now but his sister and mother seem to be really excited to learn about the gospel.
So last Tuesday, we were doing our companionship study when we had a suprise phone call from Elder Grundy informing us that there were four bus loads of school children that had showed up to take a tour of the church! We ran over there so we could talk to them for a few minutes about the church, give out a stack of pass along cards, and sing "Families Can Be Together Forever." They seemed to really enjoy it! The funny part was that they didn't tell anybody that they were coming but just showed up. One of the teachers told us that they were doing field trips to see different Christian churches. They came back a few times last week with different kids.
